Earthquake to the west of Gaotai in Gansu 180
The earthquake to the west of Gaotai in Gansu 143 occurred in the fall of 180 in the west of Gaotai in Gansu Province , China. The Hou Hanshu reports on this in its 106th chapter (juan).
Based on the damage it caused, it was possible to estimate that the quake in the epicenter reached the strength of X on the Mercalli scale . Calculations based on this gave a magnitude of 7.5.
