Eredivisie (badminton)
De Eredivisie in badminton is the top team division in the Netherlands , with the Dutch team champion being determined. The championship has been held since the 1957/58 season. The BC Drop Shot was the first title holder. In the more than 50 years of the league's existence, the name has changed several times. From 1998/99 the league was called the Big Boss Topliga , from 2003/04 the Big Boss League . In 2007/2008 the competition was called Multimate League and from 2008/2009 it was called Eredivisie .
