Prohibition of performance

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A performance ban is a form of embargo that, in addition to the movement of goods, also prohibits the performance of contracts that have already been concluded or the performance of obligations resulting from contracts.

In spring 2013, compliance bans relating to Haiti , Iraq and ex-Yugoslavia (people close to the now deceased former President of Serbia, Slobodan Milošević) came into force for German foreign trade .
