Erhard Wolfkühler

Erhard Wolfkühler (born June 5, 1943 in Assel ; † February 6, 2013 ) was a German politician . He was married and had two children.

education and profession

After completing secondary school, Wolfkühler completed an apprenticeship as a wholesaler. After his military service he worked as a commercial clerk. He made up his Abitur via the second educational path and then studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Kassel. He then worked initially as head of human resources and social affairs, later as managing director of the group's own site development company at VAW Aluminum AG in Stade.

politics

Wolfkühler was a member of the SPD since 1981 . He was deputy chairman of the Drochtersen local association . From 1986 to 2009 he was councilor of the Drochtersen community and since 1996 chairman of the local SPD parliamentary group. From 2001 to 2011 he was also a member of the district council of the Stade district . From 1998 to 2008 Wolfkühler was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .
