Eric Steinbach (* 4 April 1980 in New Lenox , Illinois ) is a former American American football poker players on the position of the Guards . He plays for the Cleveland Browns and the Cincinnati Bengals in the National Football League (NFL).

Player career

College career

Eric Steinbach attended Providence Catholic High School , where he also played American football. During his school days, his team won the state championship three times in a row. After graduating from school, Steinbach studied at the University of Iowa from 1998 to 2002 . In 1998 he was only on the training field and only became part of the Iowa Hawkeyes, the college football team, in 1999 . Since the Bengals had reached their salary cap after the 2006 season and they could not offer Steinbach a better contract, he signed a contract with the Cleveland Browns for the 2007 season .
