Erica Hooker
Erica Hooker ( Erica Leigh Hooker, née Nixon; born December 15, 1953 ) is a former Australian long jumper and pentathlete .
In the long jump of the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, she was eliminated from the qualification.
In 1974 she was sixth in the long jump and fourth in the pentathlon at the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch , and in 1978 she won silver in the long jump at the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton with her personal best of 6.58 m.
She was four times Australian champion in long jump (1973-1976) and five times in pentathlon (1973-1977).
She is married to former middle distance runner Bill Hooker . Their son Steve Hooker is successful as a pole vaulter.
