Teccalis

Teccalis was a unit of mass (weight) in the East Indies in the Kingdom of Pegu .

  • 100 Teccalis = 40 ounces (Venetian.) = 1 Biza ≈ 1571.5 grams (equivalent to about 2 pounds of 5 ounces or 3 pounds of 9 ounces light weight)
  • 1 Giro / Agito (1 G. = 392 ⅞ grams) = 25 Teccalis
  • 1 abucco = 12 1/2 teccalis
