Erich Heidkamp

Erich Heidkamp (born August 16, 1948 in Leverkusen ) is a German politician of the Alternative for Germany party (AfD) and a member of the Hessian state parliament.
Life
Erich Heidkamp completed an apprenticeship as an export merchant. He has been a member of the AfD since 2013.
In the Hessian state elections in 2018 , he ran for list position 20 of the AfD and also in the constituency of Frankfurt am Main IV as a direct candidate. After the death of Nikolaus Pethö one day before the constitution of the Landtag, Heidkamp became a member of the Landtag. There he is a member of the European Committee.
Heidkamp stood at number 12 on the AfD's list for the 2019 EU election .
