Eriks NV is a Dutch wholesaler that sells machine elements , industrial valves, drive technology and protective equipment, among other things . In addition to selling products from various third-party brands, the company also develops its own products and sells them under the name of several own brands. Eriks is a subsidiary of the Dutch conglomerate SHV Holdings . The wholesaler is primarily active in Europe and the United States, but also has branches in Asia.

The company was founded in 1940 by Arie Eriks, who at that time began selling seals, belts and hoses to the milk processing industry. Branches were opened in Rotterdam, Enschede, Eindhoven, Roermond as well as Belgium and France. In 1977 Eriks went public on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange . The listing ended in 2009 with the takeover of Eriks by SHV Holdings.
