The Seeteufel Adventure World (formerly Seeteufel Zoo ) is an animal and adventure park in Studen in the canton of Bern .

It was founded in 1960 by Hugo Steiner, one of the first scuba divers and marine aquarists in Switzerland, who exhibited various aquariums and show tanks with tropical fish and other marine animals in his parents' house . The company got its name from the catch of an approximately one meter large monkfish by Steiner in the Mediterranean . Over the years, the aquarium became a zoo, which made a name for itself nationwide by breeding rare animal species such as orangutans , collar bears and Sunda gavials . Today the company is run by the second and third generation Steiner on an area of ​​more than 7 hectares. Attractions include many play and entertainment options that require skill and muscle power, a mini-train that runs around an approx. 1 hectare pond in the middle of a nature reserve, pedal karts, giant jumping cushions, cable cars, bumper cars, an antique carousel, mini Velölis, various climbing castles, pony rides.
