Ermanno Aebi

Ermanno Aebi (born November 22, 1892 in Milan , Italy ; † 1976 ) was a Swiss- Italian football player .

Aebi was part of the Inter Milan squad from 1909 to 1923 . From 1913 the striker was in the club's main formation. With Inter, Aebi was Italian champion twice (1910 and 1920). In total, he played 142 competitive games for Inter Milan and scored 106 goals.

In January 1920, Aebi was appointed to the squad of the Italian national soccer team for the first time . On his debut, he contributed three goals to the 9-4 win over France . He played his second international game on March 28, 1920 against Switzerland . These were his only appearances as a national player.

After finishing his active career, Aebi worked as an arbitrator.
