Ermil Gheorghiu
Ermil Gheorghiu (born February 13, 1896 in Botoșani , † January 14, 1977 in Bucharest ) was a Romanian officer, most recently major general in World War II . As Chief of the General Staff of the Romanian Air Force, he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross .
