Ernst Leuschner Monument
The Ernst-Leuschner-Monument is a monument in the Lutherstadt Eisleben in Saxony-Anhalt .
The monument was erected in 1903 in honor of the hut director, senior mountain councilor and conservative politician Ernst Leuschner , who died in 1896 . It was created by Carl Seffner and shows, enthroned on a high pedestal , a stone-made bust depicting Ernst Leuschner . The name Ernst Leuschner is located below the bust .
The facility, surrounded by an iron fence, is now on the southern side of Obere Parkstrasse in Lutherstadt Eisleben. From 1952 to 1998 the memorial was located on the Eisleber Kronenfriedhof .
