Ernst Kullak

Ernst Paul Eduard Philipp Kullak (born January 22, 1855 in Berlin ; † 1914 there ) was a German pianist and composer .

Kullak, son of the pianist Adolph Kullak , studied at the New Academy of his uncle Theodor Kullak . He worked as a piano and composition teacher. As a composer he became known for salon pieces for piano ( Im Fjord , Pierrot tanzt , Im Winter , Zwillingsblumen ) and songs .
