Ernst Schreder

Ernst Schreder (born June 21, 1892 in Metz ; † December 6, 1941 in Königsberg ) was a German officer , most recently major general of the Wehrmacht .

Life

Schreder took part in the First World War and made a career in the Reichswehr and then in the Wehrmacht . At the beginning of the Second World War he was a colonel . After serving in the war with the infantry , Schreder was promoted to major general on December 1, 1941. Schreder died of a wound near Koenigsberg on December 6, 1941.
