Erwann Kermorvant

Erwann Kermorvant (* 1972 in Lorient , Bretagne ) is a French composer .

biography

Erwann Kermorvant studied clarinet at a local conservatory before studying composition at the Grove School of Music and UCLA in the United States . He received instruction in film composition from Gerald Fried , Don B. Ray and Steven Scott Smalley before moving back to France to have his first musical success with Mensana and Katoomka . Kermorvant lived and made music for a while in Lorient before moving to Paris in 1999 to establish himself as a film composer. After several short films, he finally made his debut in 2002 with the television comedy Les frangines .
