Esme Simiriotou ( Greek Εσμέ Σημηριώτου , * 1884 ; † 20th century ) was a Greek tennis player .
She won the gold medal in women's singles at the Olympic Intermediate Games in Athens in 1906 . She defeated her compatriot Sophia Marinou in three sets in the final . In mixed doubles she played alongside Nikolaos Zarifis . They were eliminated in the semifinals of the competition. She is the sister of Georgios Simiriotou , who also played tennis.
