Sophia Marinou ( Greek Σοφία Μαρίνου , * 1884 ; † 20th century ) was a Greek tennis player .
She won the first silver medal in the women's singles at the Olympic Intermediate Games in Athens in 1906 . She was defeated in the final by her compatriot Esme Simiriotou in three sets. In mixed doubles, she played alongside Georgios Simiriotou . They reached the final, but had to admit defeat to the French Marie and Max Décugis .
