The Espachteich is a small still water in the Thuringian capital Erfurt .
The Espache pond is located in the midst of loosely built urban areas between Espachstrasse in the north-northwest and the Walkstrom in the south-southeast, from which it receives its water via a supply structure. Its downward end borders the Road of Peace at the northeast end, where the water drains off again via a shaft. The bank is lined with trees.
