Esther Urbanski

Esther Urbanski (* 1974 ) is a German author , director and actress .

She completed her training as an actress at Schauspiel München . She then worked in film and theater for several years. She played u. a. in Peter Stauch's Calling Anne and alongside Matthias Schweighöfer in Dominik Graf's Die Freunde der Freunde . She also played u. a. at the Munich “Pathos Transport Theater” in White Trailer Park Trash (2006). As a director, she made her debut at the Munich Theater Festival in 2005 with the play Angst . This was followed by two productions funded by the City of Munich's Department of Culture, in which Esther Urbanski worked as a writer, director and producer: Ich bin die Erbin (2007) and integration EVE (2009). In 2012 she completed the script workshop in Munich at the University of Television and Film and has been working as a writer ever since.
