Ethnikos Asteras

Ethnikos Asteras ( Greek Π.Α.Ε. Εθνικός Αστέρας , German for "national star") is a Greek football club from the Athens suburb of Kesariani . Ethnikos Asteras currently plays in the third Greek division, Football League 2 .

history

The association was founded in 1927 from the merger of Ethnikos Asteras and Kaisariani. In 1981 he made it to the quarter-finals of the Greek Football Cup. From 1998 to 2002 the football division played in the first Greek league. The traditional club colors are red and white and the games are played in the Kritopoulos Stadium with almost 5,000 seats.
