Etibar Məmmədov

Etibar Məmmədov or Etibar Mammedov (born April 2, 1955 in Baku , Azerbaijani SSR then Soviet Union ) is a conservative Azerbaijani politician.

He ran in 1998 and 2003 in presidential elections for the National Independence Party (AMİP) . In 1998 he was defeated in second place with 11.8% of the votes and reached 4th place in 2003 with 2.6% of the votes.

He also holds the office of Vice-President of the International Democratic Union .
