Eucísia is a place a former municipality ( Freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Alfândega da Fé . 128 inhabitants lived in the community (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Eucísia, Valverde and Gouveia were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Eucísia, Gouveia e Valverde . Eucísia is the seat of this newly formed municipality.
