Eugène G. Grisot (* 1867 ; † 1954 ) was a French archer.
Grisot first took part in the 1908 Olympic Games in the double York round competition, in which he finished nineteenth with just 410 points. In the Continental-style competition he was more successful and won the gold medal with 263 points. Twelve years later he took part in another Olympics and won three more medals.
He won the silver medal in the Mobile Bird Target, 33 m, Team and Mobile Bird Target, 50 m, Team competitions, and the bronze medal in the Mobile Bird Target, 28 m, Team competition.
