Eugène Leroux
Eugène Leroux (born September 28, 1833 in Paris , † January 1905 there ) was a French painter.
Leroux, a pupil of François-Édouard Picot , has made himself known as a genre painter , especially in the field of rural morality. He prefers to deal with Breton folk life, as in the picture in the Luxembourg Museum:

and in the painting:
- Before the funeral (1873).

His brother Hector Leroux was also a painter.
