Eunike Grahofer

Eunike Grahofer (born May 14, 1975 ) is an Austrian herbalist, ethnobotanist, non-fiction author, and ÖVP City Councilor for Health in Waidhofen an der Thaya .

Grahofer has been concerned with the flora of the Waldviertel since childhood . It works through folklore knowledge and documents it. Her areas of activity include  home remedies , plant knowledge , landscape reading, folklore, and family stories. Eunike Grahofer's motto is The simple people's knowledge of plants .
