Eurockot Launch Services

Eurockot Launch Services GmbH is a 1995 founded joint venture of ArianeGroup (51%) and Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center (49%), based in Bremen . It marketed satellite launches with the Russian launcher Rockot , a modified SS-19 - ICBM , the space station Plesetsk .

Thanks to the Plesezk launch site, the Rockot rocket is particularly well suited to transporting payloads into polar and sun-synchronous orbits .
