The Euronozzle [ … nɔzl̩ ] ( English for “Euro nozzle”) is a uniform European refueling connection for LPG vehicles.

The European standard EN 13760 defines these uniform connections for liquid gas nozzles. With this standard, contour should fit contour - that is, the escape of larger amounts of gas when uncoupling is to be prevented by a specially designed filling gun without dead space.

For the first time, the filling pistol called Euronozzle was available at LPG filling stations in Spain , where the dispensers were previously equipped with a bayonet connection . The Repsol company equips its new liquid gas filling stations with Euronozzle filling pistols. Petrol stations in Portugal switched from the previous DISH connection to Euronozzle ( called Euro Connector there) in March 2018 .

The Euronozzle adapter is made of brass , has a length of around 50 mm and a diameter of around 30 mm.

Before a uniform regulation for the introduction of the filling pistol according to EN 13760 is created across Europe, only new vehicles and retrofits will be equipped for Euronozzle. The refueling system of older gas vehicles can be converted to a new filling connection without any problems.
