European Code of Good Administrative Behavior

The European Code of Good Administrative Behavior are guidelines of the European Union . The European Parliament adopted a resolution on the adoption of the code on 6 September 2001. Among other things, it implements the right to good administration in Article 41 GRCh . One of its components is the obligation to answer .
