European quality award

The European Quality Prize is awarded by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) based in Brussels. It was developed by EFQM in response to Europe’s response to the US Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the Japanese Deming Prize .

The selection is made using a self - assessment scheme , the EFQM model , which places very high demands on the “maturity” of the company and goes far beyond the usual quality management systems .

Since the criteria for SMEs can only be met with a great deal of effort, there are methods that are intended to facilitate the process, including: a. from Future eV .
