The European Forum for Foreign Trade, Excise Duties and Customs ( EFA ) is a registered association based in the Institute for Tax Law at the University of Münster . It acts as a forum for customs , consumption tax and export law and organizes the "European Customs Law Day" every year. The association was founded in 1988 as the "German Customs Legal Association".
