The Europa-Kliffs are a group of contiguous hills and rocky mountain ridges in the east of Alexander I Island off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . They rise up on the western flank of the Jupiter Glacier .
Trimetrogon recordings by the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947-1948) and measurements by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (1948-1950) were used to map them. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it on December 20, 1974, based on the name of the Jupiter Glacier after Jupiter's moon Europa .
