European scouts
Numerous scout associations that belong to the Union Internationale des Guides et Scouts d'Europe or the Confédération Européenne de Scoutisme or have their roots in these movements are referred to as European Scouts . In addition, several associations that have split off from the German Scouting Association of St. George bear the name Europe in their name.
As a rule, the term is used for the association with the largest number of members, the European Catholic Scouting Association , or for its sister associations.
