A rockslide near the Silesian town of Wartha on the border with the County of Glatz is known as a landslide of Wartha .

On August 24, 1598 , after several days of heavy rain and flooding, there was a rock fall on the mountain slope above the Glatzer Neisse . The steep, bare stone walls can still be seen today.

The Leaning Tower of Frankenstein in the Silesian town of Frankenstein , ten kilometers away , which had already inclined after the Neulengbach earthquake in 1590 , sank further due to the tremors caused by the landslide and reached an incline of 150 centimeters.
