European Center for Nature Conservation
European Center for Nature Conservation (short form ECNC) is a European nature conservation organization based in the Netherlands and was founded in 1993.

The ECNC is a network and umbrella organization of 52 private nature conservation organizations and state nature conservation institutes from 28 European countries.
The organization works with partners on the subjects of " Nature and Society ", "Business and Biodiversity", "Green Infrastructure", "Ecosystem Services and Biodiversity Assessment" , "Ecosystem and Species Management" and "Policy Support" .
"The ECNC makes its expertise available to national and regional governments, intergovernmental organizations such as the United Nations, the European Commission, the European Environment Agency and the Council of Europe, as well as institutions that are active in the context of finance, land use and research."
ECNC is also a co-founder of the ECOONET Action Fund .
