European Journal of International Law

The European Journal of International Law ( EJIL ) is a legal journal for European law , its relation to other international law and to the law of the member states.

It has been published since 1990, originally in English and French, later only in English. It was published twice a year up to and including 1992, four times a year from 1993 to 2000, then five times a year until 2008 and has been published four times a year since then. The editorial office is based at the European University Institute in Florence . The EJIL is being published by Oxford University Press .

With "EJIL: Talk!" the journal also runs its own blog , which is overseen by three editors and five contributing editors.
