The European Law Reporter (ELR) is an established legal journal devoted to developments in European law and EEA law . This was first published in 1998 and appears every two months. The ELR publishes articles, judgments and reviews with a focus on the current case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union , the EFTA Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights . In addition, national supreme court decisions of Europe-wide importance are regularly discussed in the ELR. The articles appear in German or English . The summary of the most important judgments of the week ( Summaries of the Week ) and the quotes of the week ( Wordsmithery ) are - outside of the print edition - also available on Facebook and Twitter .
