Lithuanian preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest
At the Lithuanian preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC), the Lithuanian entry to the competition of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) will be chosen or presented. After the Eurovision competition was founded in 1956, a preliminary decision took place in Lithuania almost every spring from 1994 onwards, which was broadcast on television.

The Lithuanian Lietuvos radijas ir televizija (LRT) is responsible for the organization and implementation of the Lithuanian preliminary decision . In 2017 the finals took place in the Švyturio Arena in the Lithuanian port city of Klaipėda .
