Eva Hillesheim (born December 29, 1951 in Beuren ) is a former German judoka who was once European champion.
Eva Hillesheim became European champion in the weight class up to 48 kilograms at the judo European championships for women in 1977 . At the European Championships in 1976 and 1980 she won the bronze medal. in 1974, 1976, 1977 and 1978 she was German champion while she was second in 1979 and 1981.
