Live and act
Eva Immermann joined film acting as Eva Wegener in 1935 when she appeared in small roles in productions by her father-in-law Paul Wegener . Fixed engagements on stages were not evident at this time. During the Second World War, the young actress, now as Eva Immermann, took part in three other films, in each of which she played a leading role.
Only after the war did Eva Immermann briefly try her hand at the stage. In the 1947/48 season she was seen at Munich's Komödienhaus and in the 1951/52 season, her last, at the New Theater in Bayreuth. In between, Immermann took part in a film for the last time, her only post-war production - this time with only a supporting role. Eva Wegener-Immermann then withdrew into private life.
