Trinity Church Dörzbach

The Evangelical Trinity Church in Dörzbach , a community in the Hohenlohe district in northern Baden-Württemberg , was completed in 1660.

history

The present church was built in place of a previous building from the beginning of the 13th century. The steeple received its height in 1783.

description

Foundation board

A foundation plaque from 1660 with the coat of arms of the von Eyb family is attached above the sleek arched portal .

Furnishing

Only with the renovation in 1978/79 did the interior of the church get its present appearance. The font and the pulpit are made of local tuff . The lead glass window in the choir was designed by Ernst Graeser in 1934 .
