The Protestant Church Traisa is a church in Traisa in the southern Hessian Odenwald community of Mühltal .

Architecture and history

Before the Traisa Church was built, the service was held on the premises of the commune. A citizens' initiative collected donations for the construction. After acquiring the building site in 1936 and submitting the building application to the building authority of the Darmstadt district in March 1956, the groundbreaking ceremony took place on August 5, 1956, followed by the laying of the foundation stone on August 26, 1956. The church was consecrated on December 1, 1957.

The ceramic picture behind the altar with Noah's Ark and Dove was created by Heinz and Lies Ebinger from Bad Ems in 1983.
