Everdream
The Everdream Corporation was one of the three brothers in 1998 Lyndon Rive , Peter Rive founded and Russell Rive independent software company headquartered in Fremont , California . The project was financed with $ 20 million from Canaan Partners , Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ), Rho Capital Partners , Pritzker Group Venture Capital , and DFJ Portage Ventures .
The object of the company was software with which networks consisting of tens of thousands of computers can be managed.
It also had operations in Dallas , Texas and Charlotte , North Carolina .
The brothers sold the company to Dell in 2007 , which continues to operate it as an independent business unit. Lyndon Rive is still the company's director there.
