The Excellence Century Plaza Tower 1 ( Chinese 卓越 世纪 中心 [1 号楼] , Pinyin Zhuōyuè Shìjì Zhōngxīn [yīhào lóu] ) is a high-rise in Shenzhen in the Futian district . Construction of the building with 280 meters and 60 floors began in 2007 and was completed in 2010. At the time of completion, it was the fourth tallest building in the city.
