The Exchange Tower is a 36-story skyscraper in the Financial District of Toronto , Ontario , Canada . The building reaches a height of 146 meters and was completed in 1981. The building serves primarily as the headquarters of Canada's largest stock exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) .

The building is at the intersection of King and York Streets. In addition to the TSX, other financial service providers, law firms, chambers of industry and commerce have their offices in the building. The Richard Ivey School of Business has also rented rental space in the building.
