history

The senior team of IK Aarhus competes in the 1st division , the second Danish division. In the 2009/10 season , the team took part in the national cup competition for the first time , but failed as fourth and thus last place in the preliminary round. In the 2010/11 season , the team first prevailed in the qualification against Amager Ishockey , before they failed 5-1 at the Odense Bulldogs .
