Explorations in Economic History is a quarterly scientific journal on economic history . She publishes articles that analyze historical episodes using economic methods.

The journal began work in 1949 as Explorations in Entrepreneurial History at Harvard University Research Center in Entrepreneurial History , but discontinued it in 1958. In 1963 the journal was resumed, with volume numbering starting over. In 1969 it was renamed Explorations in Economic History .

The editors of the journal are currently (2015) headed by Kris James Mitchener as head of duty and Ran Abramitzky as co-editor . Hans-Joachim Voth is an associate editor. More than 20 editors and more than 10 advisory editors are at your side.
