The Eyemaxx Real Estate AG is in the General Standard listed German real estate company based in Aschaffenburg and Leopoldsdorf . Eyemaxx develops properties in Germany, Austria and the CEE / SEE region and holds selected properties in its own portfolio. In the 2016/2017 financial year, sales of 4.998 million euros were achieved.

The company Eyemaxx International Holding & Consulting GmbH was founded in 1996 by Michael Müller. Plots of land were actively purchased and developed from 2001, and the first retail parks in Slovakia were realized from 2005. From 2007 to 2010, property purchases and specialist retail and logistics centers followed in Hungary, Poland, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia. The first acquisitions of rented commercial properties in Germany and Austria followed in 2012. The stock was doubled by 2016.

From 2012, the asset classes “Living” (Germany, Austria) and “Nursing homes” (Germany) became part of the corporate strategy. In recent years, urban districts, hotels and serviced apartments as well as micro apartments have been developed.

Eyemaxx International Holding & Consulting was incorporated into the listed Deutsche Amictus AG in 2011, which was renamed Eyemaxx Real Estate AG in the same year. Since January 2019, Eyemaxx has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange in addition to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
