Fédération Européenne des Fabricants de Palettes et Emballages en Bois (FEFPEB) is the European association of the wooden pallet and wooden packaging industry .

It has existed since 1946 and the office is based in Tilburg in the Netherlands. The President of the Executive Committee is Rob van Hoesel. There are the sections pallets, industrial packaging, light packaging and pools.

The association knows different types of memberships:

  • National associations are full members, from Germany this is the Bundesverband Holzpackmittel, Paletten, Exportverpackung (HPE), from Switzerland the Association of the Swiss Wood Packaging and Pallet Industry (VHPI), from Austria the Association for Wood Packaging (VHP).
  • Companies in the sector and their suppliers can become associate or individual members.
  • There is another membership category for the pallet pools (the larger pools such as EPAL , CHEP , LPR , etc. are all members of the FEFPEB).

The association is a member of the European timber industry association CEI-Bois .
