Félix Delta Tour
Nicolas Félix Deltour (born September 8, 1822 in Paris , † November 12, 1904 ) was a French literary scholar, teacher and civil servant.
Life
Deltour received his education at the Lycée Louis-le-Grand and the École normal supérieure . He then taught at various schools, in 1871 became academy inspector , in 1875 under Henri Wallon head of cabinet in the Ministry of Public Education and from 1879 acted as general inspector of the lower education system.
